All of Tuff Repairs™ are backed by a 30 day warranty. The warranty period starts from the day a repair invoice is completed. After the 30 day warranty period expires, all other repair requests will be charged in full. Please contact Tuff Repairs™ for troubleshooting before sending the repair back, so you can avoid unnecessary charges.  

 

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR SCREEN REPLACEMENTS**

• Repairs under warranty will be diagnosed prior to granting a full warrantied repair. If there is reason to believe water damage, surge damage, bug infestation, tampering, misuse, unauthorized repair work or a no fault found is the cause of failure, customer will be contacted for repair costs and/or shipping fees

• The cost of shipping products under warranty is the customer's responsibility

• Tuff Repairs™ is not responsible for units damaged or lost in transition to Tuff Repairs™

• Tuff Repairs™ is not responsible for loss of training time or inconvenience while the unit is in for repair work

• Tuff Repairs™ does not provide loaner units or any form of compensation during the repair period
