FAQ's & More
What are your general labor charges?
-
Labor charges are generally consistent ranging from $20 hourly. This charge is highly favorable, especially considering some of our competitors prices range upwards of over $50 hourly, YIKES!! There are some variables to consider when contract work is involved, but for the most part it remains the same.
How long does a common repair take?
-
Variable depending on the type of repair, product, issues and parts on hand. If parts have to be ordered, the order can take anywhere from 3-10 days. Once I have parts on hand, and the customer calls ahead of time to confirm issue, it can take several minutes to several hours. My main goal is to get my customers repairs completed and returned as soon as possible. I know how important keeping downtime to a minimum is, which helps me focus on keeping my customers happy.
Is there anything else you work on, other than PC's, Phones & Tablets?
-
The list of repairs I do, is too extensive to list. Mainly anything electronic, and also minor repairs on cars. There is basic programming, coding/debugging, game design, networking etc. I consistently keep up-to-date with technology, so it's a must to have this acquired knowledge.
Is there a customer loyalty program?
-
In the very near future, I plan on creating a loyal customer discount program or a preferred customer incentive to keep my returning customers happy and help generate a bigger base. There are lots of ideas, but at the moment the customer base is too small to start-up. Some plans include, {X amount} of repairs = 1 Free Repair, discounted parts charge, referral bonuses for both the reference and referred customer, company anniversaries = prize giveaways, etc.
Do you plan on expanding the business?
-
If enough revenue is generated & the customer base is large enough, then yes, definitely! There's a big incentive to expand the company at that point.
